Hey Hilltoppers!! I am beyond honored to share that I have been nominated to represent the Office of Admissions for WKU's 2026 Homecoming Queen!
Serving as an orientation leader for the past couple of years has truly been one of the most rewarding aspects of my college experience! I always looked forward to T.O.P. days because it gave me the opportunity to branch out of my engineering discipline to welcome incoming Hilltoppers to our beautiful campus by showing them how they can find their home here on the hill.
It always warms my heart when I hear "you were my top guide!" It makes me realize how big of an impact that our office of admissions leaves behind; our @wkutourguides , @wkutop guides, and @wkuadmissions staff all play such an important role by exemplifying WKU's sense of community to prospective and future students! That sense of community is exactly what drew me to Western when I was in high school, and I wish I could now show "high school-Gloria" all the full-circles of being involved with WKU admissions!
I am so incredibly thankful to be nominated, and I’m even more grateful that out of all my involvements on campus, I get to represent our outstanding Office of Admissions! I’m so filled with gratitude, and saying “thank you” is simply not enough to convey my appreciation.
Voting opens on Monday, November 9th, on TopNet! Go vote to celebrate this tradition and to celebrate the 30 extraordinary women that I get the honor to stand beside. And as always, GO TOPS! ❤️
