مصر تستعد لطرح لقاح لأنفلونزا الطيورالمصل واللقاحالقاهرة / أعلن الدكتور محمد أحمد علي أستاذ الفيروسات بالمركز القومي
للبحوث أن لقاح أنفلونزا الطيور المنتج من سلالة مصرية 100 بالمئة سيتاح في الأسواق المصرية خلال خمسة أشهر.وقال الدكتور محمد أحمد في تصريح صحفي "إن اللقاح الجديد ضد أنفلونزا الطيور ذات فاعلية تصل إلى 3 أضعاف اللقاحات المستوردة، وستنتجه إحدى الشركات القومية المتخصصة".وأشار الدكتور محمد إلى أن اللقاح جاء ثمرة لجهد الفريق البحثي بالمركز برئاسته يضم نخبة من علماء المركز بمشرع الطريق إلى نوبل "مركز التميز العلمي"، والذي استغرق عامين ونصف، وذلك منذ ظهور المرض في مصر عام 2006.كما أكد أن التجارب التي أجريت عليه حتى الآن أكدت فاعليته في إكساب الطيور مناعة ضد الإصابة بالمرض، مشيرا إلى استخدام تقنيات الهندسة الوراثية العكسية في إنتاج سلالة من فيروس أنفلونزا الطيور الموجود بمصر وهى من التكنولوجيات المتقدمة في صناعة اللقاحات.وأوضح أن الفريق البحثي قام باختبار هذه السلالة والتأكد من سلامتها وقدرتها على حث الجهاز المناعي على إنتاج الأجسام المضادة المناعية التي تقي الثروة الداجنة من الإصابة بهذا الفيروس

He also stressed that the tests conducted to date confirmed its effectiveness in giving immunity to influenza infection, referring to the use of genetic engineering techniques in the production of reverse strain of bird flu found in Egypt, one of the advanced technologies in the vaccine industry. The research team has tested this strain and to ensure their safety and their ability to induce the immune system to produce antibodies that protect poultry from infection by the virus
